We’re often approached by young players asking: “What do we look for most when evaluating talent?”

If we had to give a short answer, it would be this:

When assessing players, we look at a combination of technical skills – such as dribbling, passing, and finishing – physical ability, including speed, strength, and endurance, and mentality – from winning attitude and focus to the ability to handle pressure. On top of that, we place strong emphasis on a player’s tactical awareness, decision-making, and most importantly, their potential to grow and develop.
